His outstanding performance earned him a first-round NFL draft pick by the Arizona Cardinals in 2017. He subsequently played for the Carolina Panthers before signing a three-year, $45 million contract with the Philadelphia Eagles. And, as of 2024, the All-Pro linebacker landed a spot with the New York Jets—with his sights set on transforming their pass rushing unit.
Today, Reddick is known for being the first player in NFL history to record 10+ sacks for three consecutive years with three different teams and is only one of two current NFL players to have 10+ sacks in four straight seasons. Reddick’s star play helped lead the Eagles’ run to Super Bowl LVII. He led the defense with 16 sacks in 2022, which was tied for second-most in the league.

Reddick is also known for giving back. In December 2021, he donated $15,000 worth of toys to more than 200 families in Camden. He even received a key to the city for his service, allowing him to host youth football camps at Camden Athletic Complex.
Additionally, in honor of his grandmother—a breast cancer survivor—Reddick represents the American Cancer Society through My Cause My Cleats. He has also supported organizations that increase awareness and educate people about gun violence in the United States.
As an entrepreneur, Reddick is a partial owner of R7 Energy, which aims to provide cleaner and more natural alternative energy drinks for athletes.
